Advisor Recruiting Campaign
Worldsource Wealth Management and its subsidiaries had just completed a name change and the introduction of a new mark but had yet to define the tone of its visual communications. Working with their marketing department I devised the style for each of the key business units – Insurance, Securities and Financial Management – ensuring that they each had a distinctive visual style that was unique and immediately recognizable yet related.
Objective: Increase Assets Under Management from ~$3B to $5B through recruitment of independent advisors with books of business consisting of high-net-worth clients.
Background: Worldsource Wealth Management consists of three divisions:
Insurance Dealers | Wealth Managers and Financial Advisors | Securities
Each comprised of independent professionals who valued their independence and the freedom to run their business while enjoying the benefit of being aligned with a larger organization.
Strategy: Develop a national print campaign for each division focusing on honesty, integrity, freedom, independence and partnership and deliver to large-book advisors through the most respected industry publications.
Results: During the 36 months of the campaign Assets Under Management rose just over 230% from $3B to $7B and recruitment rose approximately 39% from about 500 dealers, brokers and advisors to just under 700.
